What Your MOQ?
FLYONE Bags offers OEM & ODM service. The minimum order quantity(MOQ) for OEM orders is usually 500 pieces(Some orders may be less than 500 pieces), the minimum order quantity(MOQ) for ODM orders is depends on your request. Please contact us to discuss further detail via E-mail or Telephone.
Can I Get A Sample Before Place An Order?
Yes, of course. We will offer the sample in 5-10 days after you finished payment, after the sample is finished, you can arrange a RPI(remote pick-up) service upon FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected or inform us your carrier company account, then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company. Also you can sent us the cost and we'll arrange the shipping with our carrier company agent.
Can You Customize Our Own Brand or Design?
Yes, For logos, it is better for us to get your original design in AI or PDF format.
For printings, your original design in AI or PDF format is required to set up the print-plate.
A mock-up design will be sent to you for final approval before sampling.
Do You Have Professional QC(Quality Control), QA(Quality Assurance)?
Yes, we do. We train our QC team periodically. We have our extra QC on site throughout the production. We test raw materials and finished goods. We do final inspection before shipment.
What Is Your Terms of Delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
What Is Your Payment Terms?
Normally, we accept T/T, 30% deposit when order confirmed and 70% against the copy of B/L for FOB orders. 100% payment by T/T, Western Union or Paypal before shipping for EXW orders.
How Do You Guarantee The Quality?
First, we will adopt the highest standards of raw materials within the customer budget.
Second, we have advanced production equipment and skilled workers.
Third, random sampling of the entire process before production, during production, and completion of production to ensure the product is in compliance with quality control requirements.
What Is The Sample and Mass Production Lead Time?
For regular sample orders, it will take 3-5 days even with your logo on. For OEM/ODM sample orders, it will take 5-10 days or even more(depends on your product and request).
For mass production, the quantity and the OEM request verifies the lead time. Normally, it will take 15-25 days for regular orders while it will take 25-40 days for your special request.
